All prints are lovingly packed and posted every Tuesday from Byron Bay, Australia.
🌍 Do You Ship Overseas?
Yes! We currently ship to the UK, USA, UAE, Europe, and New Zealand.
📦 Customs & Duties
Some international orders may attract customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we can’t predict or control what customs might do.
🖼 Are the Prints Framed?
Nope — we leave that fun bit to you so you can choose your perfect frame! You can go bespoke with a local framer or find beautiful and affordable options from homeware stores. In Australia, Kmart and Big W offer great frames that won’t break the bank.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We don’t accept returns, so please choose carefully. Each piece is printed just for you.
📃 Paper Details
All prints are produced on 230gsm recycled paper.
⏳ Lead Time & Printing
We carry stock of these prints so once you've ordered, your print will then be posted the following Tuesday.
🚫 Customs Delays
While we aim for prompt delivery, customs can occasionally cause delays. These are beyond our control — thank you for your patience!
🌿 Packaging
We use sturdy mailing tubes to keep your artwork safe. They’re low-waste too — the only plastic is the end cap! Your print is also protected with biodegradable, conservation-grade glassine paper.
